Fresh® processes refunds immediately. However depending on the payment method used, the time that it can take for the amount to be reflected back on your original payment method can range varying by bank.


Currently we are only shipping to USA and Canada.

If you spend over $100, shipping is always free. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.
